Return & Exchange Policy

At India Archive, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that products can only be exchanged and are not eligible for return.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be in the same condition as received – unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  2. All tags, labels and original packaging must remain intact.
  3. The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  4. The original invoice must be provided at the time of the exchange request.
  5. Custom orders, altered products, discounted items, or items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
  6. Exchange is subject to availability; for unique or one-of-a-kind items, customers will need to select a different product if a replacement is unavailable.
  7. Products chosen after an exchange must be of equal or higher value.

International Orders

Orders placed from outside India are not eligible for exchange or return.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@indiaarchive.co to initiate an exchange.
  2. Pack the item securely, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included.
  3. Ship the item back to the provided address with the RA number marked on the package. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, a store credit equal to the purchase value will be issued. Processing of store credit may take up to 15 business days.

Important Notes:

  • Products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
  • Exchanges are final and determined by the company based on the condition of the returned item.

Our products are delicately crafted, displaying fine workmanship, and are to be treated with love and care. Please follow our recommendations which are also provided with every purchase and are in the description of every product.

How do I cancel an order on India Archive?

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

  • If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

  • If you receive the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.
  • You must email us about any damaged items in your shipment within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Products that are eligible for return can be returned within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • Items on Sale are not eligible for return.
  • Finished/Customized items where Fall, Tassels, Piko, Net etc are added, which were not originally part of the items when advertised, are not eligible for return.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.

Return Policy
If you think you have received the product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at    +91-9873869989  or email us at info@indiaarchive.co mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is given to you at no additional cost. If the replacement is unavailable, we will refund the entire product amount. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when you send us the product back.

IMPORTANT:
1. Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed.
2. Returns of goods that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted and refused.
3. Please note that goods should be in their original condition for them to be eligible for return.
4. The product should be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and all packaging, labels and tags must remain intact and be attached to the item.
5. If these are not available the product will not be eligible for return.
